It’s been a few months and I’ve had to put the running onto hold. I wish this was for a legit reason, however, it’s not. Actually I’m being unfair. Currently the tempter outside is proving problematic and unless I want to be found blue and having an asthma attack in a park I think I’m going to pass on this for a while. Also dolls problems. RIP gym membership, you will not be missed and definitely forgotten.
So seeing as I’m putting a temporary pause on the, lets not kid ourselves, fast walking, I have decided to take on something new!
SCOTTISH SLIMMERS… DUN DUN DUUUUUUNNNNN!
It’s actually not that exciting but it is forcing me to actually (in theory) be more organised. Not just with my eating but with everything (ignoring the mountain of dishes in my kitchen and very full basket of laundry needing done… Baby steps!). So far I have been to four meetings (3 weigh ins) and after the first I lost 1 1/2 pounds and then after the second I lost 2 pounds and then after Mondays class I lost 3 pounds.
Totalling 6 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks! Hooray!
Very proud that I’m getting results and the more I am getting used to the change the better my results are. Also big shout out to my Mum for dragging my big ass there and motivating me. Big Love Mama <3
Keeping focused for this week even though it is the bake off final tomorrow (I will be having a mandatory slice, or two, of cake) but feeling positive about it all.
I will be posting some more regular updates (I mean it this time!) Lots of pictures of my food, proper white girl on Instagram stuff right here! So I hope you all enjoy reading and fingers cross I keep having good news to share!
