Hello! It’s been a while but I have finally gotten round to starting weeks 2! Just a short one today as I’m super tired but just want to keep you all updated on where I’m at. I’ll post something much more fun tomorrow 🙂

Half way!

Run 3: Just a run at Pure gym today. Got my new running trainers (more about those tomorrow) so needed to test them out inside. As it is week two we have upped the run to consist of running for 90 seconds and walking for 2 minutes for a total of 20 minutes with two 5 minute warm ups/cool downs . Didn’t do too badly. Ran 3.15km in the 31 Minutes with an average pace of 9.31.

This is prettycrap from what I have been doing outside but running on a treadmill isn’t the best and it’s 100% not my favourite!

Planning another run for thursday and then Friday out at the Grandparents so fingers crossed its not raining!

More exciting updates to come but for now I’m going to bed! Pray for me and my 8am start tomorrow please!
