I would love to tell you all that the reason I haven’t posted in a while is because I’ve been so busy at the gym and running and being so healthy that I haven’t had time to blog… But… that would be a MASSIVE lie!
After a super lazy week I got my butt in gear today and went for a run AND went to a yoga class. My mind is telling me to blog but my body is telling me to curl up into a ball and sleep – and probably get stuck in that ball as I feel my body is away to seize up! So I’m going with the best of both! Just letting you know I’m still going strong(ish) and I will give you a fun post tomorrow about todays run and yoga class – and more than likely how much pain I am in.
